We currently deliver to Washington DC, Alexandria VA, Springfield VA, and Portsmouth VA. Arlington VA, Silver Spring MD, Fairfax VA, Falls Church VA, and Capitol Heights MD are coming soon. Enter your address on the homepage to confirm coverage at your location.

Most orders arrive in 35-45 minutes from a nearby dispensary, depending on your location and current order volume. You can track your order's real-time status once it's placed.

No account required - you can check out as a guest. Creating a free account is still recommended: it lets you save your delivery address, track order history, and earn Weedeliver rewards points, but it is optional.

Credit/debit card and cash on delivery, depending on the dispensary. Card payments are processed securely - we never store your full card number on our servers. You can also earn and redeem Weedeliver rewards points toward future orders.

Yes - once your order is placed, you can track its status in real time from your account, from order confirmation through delivery to your door.

A valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on your account, confirming you're 21 or older (or a valid medical marijuana card where applicable). Every delivery is ID-checked at the door - no exceptions.

Due to health and safety regulations governing cannabis products, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges once a product leaves the dispensary. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with the dispensary to make it right.
