Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Weedeliver website, mobile app, and installable web app (together, the "Service"), operated by Weedeliver Technology, serving customers in Washington, DC and surrounding Maryland and Virginia delivery areas. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or at least 18 with a valid state-issued medical marijuana card where permitted by law, to create an account or purchase cannabis products through the Service. We and our merchant partners may require ID verification at the time of delivery, and orders may be refused if age or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. What Weedeliver Is

Weedeliver is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independently owned and operated, state-licensed cannabis dispensaries ("Merchants") for delivery or pickup. Weedeliver does not itself sell, package, or handle cannabis products. Each Merchant is solely responsible for the legality, quality, labeling, and compliance of the products they list and sell.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices, availability, and delivery fees are set by each Merchant and may change without notice. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at the time of order. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Merchant and to applicable delivery-hours and service-area rules.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order before a Merchant begins preparing it, through the app. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation and refund eligibility is at the Merchant's discretion, consistent with applicable law. Contact [email protected] for help with a specific order.

6. Delivery and Drivers

Deliveries are fulfilled by Merchant staff or independent drivers using the Service. A valid, matching ID is required at the door for every cannabis delivery; the driver may decline to complete delivery if age or identity cannot be verified, or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service if you don't meet the age/eligibility requirements above; resell products ordered through the Service; attempt to circumvent age verification; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

8. Merchants and Drivers Are Independent

Merchants and delivery drivers using the Service are independent businesses/contractors, not employees or agents of Weedeliver. Weedeliver is not a party to the sale between you and the Merchant.

9. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice. Cannabis products are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult a physician with questions about medical use.

10. Intellectual Property

The Weedeliver name, logo, and the Service's software, design, and content are owned by Weedeliver Technology or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weedeliver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from products or services provided by a Merchant or driver. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction's law is required to apply to your specific order under applicable state cannabis regulation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
